Terms of Use and End User License Agreement
ARMBAR: Arm Wrestling Career Simulator
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Please read this before you play. By installing or playing ARMBAR you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not install or play the game.
1. Who this agreement is with
This agreement is between you and Ali Dinch, an individual in New South Wales, Australia, who publishes games under the name sLumLake simuLations ("we", "us"). It is not an agreement with Google. Google is not responsible for the game or its content.
Your use of Google Play is also covered by Google's own terms. If those terms and this agreement conflict about how the store works (for example, payments and refunds), Google's terms apply to that point.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, which we can withdraw as set out in section 11, to install and play ARMBAR on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
The game is licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights in the game, including its code, art, text, sound and the ARMBAR name and logo.
3. What you must not do
You must not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game or any part of it;
- modify, decompile or reverse engineer the game, except where the law gives you a right to that cannot be excluded;
- edit save files, fake purchases, or use cheats, bots or other tools to gain gems, unlocks or an advantage you did not earn;
- use the game to break the law or to harm anyone;
- give your puller a name that is offensive, hateful or sexually explicit, or that is the name of a real person or organization.
4. Age
You must be 13 or older to play. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must read and agree to this agreement for you, and is responsible for any purchases you make.
5. Accounts (optional)
You can play as a guest. If you sign in:
- you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what happens under your account;
- your saved careers may be backed up to your account. We take reasonable care of them but cannot promise that a save will never be lost;
- you can delete your account at any time from the settings button at the top of the screen (the gear; a speaker in earlier versions) → Account & about → Delete account.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy at https://daviddinch.github.io/slumlake/armbar/privacy.html.
6. Purchases and virtual items
- Payment. Purchases are made through Google Play, in your local currency, at the price shown before you confirm.
- Unlocks. Auto Tap, Auto Coach, 5× XP and the Everything bundle are permanent for as long as the game is available, and apply to every save slot and career. If you are signed in they follow your account to another phone; otherwise use Restore purchases on the Store screen.
- Gems. Gems are a virtual item used only inside ARMBAR. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred to another person. Gems are used up when spent.
- A license, not ownership. Unlocks, gems and everything bought with them are licensed to you for use in the game. You do not own them.
- Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Apart from that, and apart from your rights in section 9, purchases are final.
- Random rewards. ARMBAR does not sell loot boxes or any item with a random result.
7. A work of fiction
ARMBAR is a work of fiction. All pullers, coaches, clubs, promotions, tournaments, venues, sponsors, brands and products in it are fictitious, and any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or to real organizations, events or products is coincidental and not intended. Real countries and cities appear only as settings.
ARMBAR is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any arm wrestling federation, league, promotion, athlete, club, venue or brand.
ARMBAR is a game. Nothing in it is training, medical, nutritional or financial advice. Arm wrestling can cause serious injury; do not treat anything in the game as instruction for the real sport.
8. Updates, changes and availability
We may update the game, change its features, prices or balance, or stop offering the game or any part of it. If we plan to switch off a feature that purchases depend on, we will give reasonable notice in the game or on the store page where we can.
ARMBAR shows no advertising.
9. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent laws where you live. Where those laws give you a right to a refund, repair or replacement, you keep it.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Subject to section 9:
- the game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that it will work on every device;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, saves, gems or virtual items, except where we caused it by failing to take reasonable care;
- our total liability to you in connection with the game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for in-app purchases in ARMBAR in the 12 months before the claim, or AU$50.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Ending this agreement
You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game and, if you have one, deleting your account.
If you seriously or repeatedly break section 3, we may remove gems, boosts or unlocks that were obtained by breaking it, change an offending name, or suspend or close your account. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first and give you a chance to respond.
When this agreement ends, your license ends and you must stop using the game. Sections 2 (ownership), 7, 9, 10 and 13 continue to apply.
12. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement, for example when new features are added. The current version is always at https://daviddinch.github.io/slumlake/armbar/terms.html with the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the game and ask you to agree again before you continue playing. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop playing and your consumer rights in section 9 are not affected.
13. General
- Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and may bring a claim in your local courts.
- Whole agreement. This agreement and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the game.
- If part is invalid. If a court finds part of this agreement invalid, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Music. The music in the game is by Fesliyan Studios (https://www.FesliyanStudios.com) and is used under a commercial music license held by Ali Dinch for sLumLake simuLations.
- Music and sound credits are listed in the game under the settings button at the top of the screen (the gear; a speaker in earlier versions) → Account & about.
