1. Who we are
Jack the Incremental Splitter ("the game") is published by Ali Dinch, an individual in New South Wales, Australia, who publishes games under the name sLumLake simuLations ("we", "us").

This policy explains what information the game handles, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the Jack the Incremental Splitter app on Android.
2. The short version
- The game has no accounts and no sign-in. You play without giving us any personal information.
- Your progress is saved on your device only. We never receive it.
- The game shows an advertisement only when you ask for one: you can choose to watch an ad for a gold boost. The ads come from Google AdMob, which collects some information from your device to show and measure them (see 3.4).
- We ourselves collect nothing about you and have no analytics of our own. We do not sell your information.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details. The one purchase, No Ads, gives the boost with no ad to watch.
3. What the game handles
3.1 Your progress
Your game (gold, rank, upgrades, collections and settings) is saved on your device only. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.
3.2 Save codes
The menu can turn your game into a save code, a line of text you copy and keep yourself, and can load a code you paste back in. This happens entirely on your device. A code goes only where you choose to paste it; we never receive it. It contains your progress in the game and nothing about you.
3.3 Purchases
The game offers one optional one-time purchase, No Ads. It is paid for through Google Play, which handles the payment and tells the game on your device whether your Google account owns it, so it can be restored after a reinstall or on a new phone. We do not receive your name, email address, card or payment details from this purchase.
3.4 Advertising
The game has one kind of advertisement: a video you can choose to watch in return for a gold boost. No ad is ever shown unless you press the boost button, and the game can be played without watching any.
The ads are supplied by Google AdMob, whose software is part of the game. To choose, show and measure ads, and to detect fraud, AdMob collects from your device and sends to Google:
- your device's advertising ID and similar device identifiers;
- your approximate location, worked out from your IP address (the game never asks for location permission);
- how you interact with the ads, such as whether one was shown, watched or tapped;
- diagnostic information such as device model, system version and how the ad software performed.
This information goes to Google, not to us. We see only totals, such as how many ads were watched and what they earned. Google may use it to show you personalised ads, under its own policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Your choices: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, in your phone's settings (Settings, Google, Ads) or at https://adssettings.google.com. Buying No Ads gives the boost without an ad being shown. If you never press the boost button, no ad is shown.
3.5 What we do not collect
- No name, email address or account of any kind.
- No contacts, photos, microphone or camera access, and no precise location.
- No analytics or behavior tracking of our own.
The game uses an internet connection to talk to Google Play about purchases and to Google AdMob for ads. Both may process technical information that is needed to deliver their service, such as IP address and device type, under Google's privacy policy.
4. Who we share it with
We hold no personal information about you ourselves. The information described in 3.4 is collected by Google AdMob directly from your device. The services the game uses are:
| Provider | What for | Their policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Play | App delivery and purchases | https://policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google AdMob | Showing and measuring the ads you choose to watch | https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites |
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
5. How long it is kept
Your progress stays on your device until you delete it or the app. Records of purchases are kept by Google Play, and advertising information by Google AdMob, under Google's own policy.
6. Deleting your data
There is no account to delete. To remove everything the game has stored, uninstall the game or clear its data in your phone's settings. A save code you copied stays wherever you pasted it until you delete it there. Advertising information is held by Google, not by us: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings and manage what Google holds at https://myaccount.google.com.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to complain to your local privacy regulator. In Australia that is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Because the game does not send us any information about you, there is nothing for us to provide or delete; for the advertising information held by Google, use the controls in section 3.4 or contact Google. For any question, contact daviddinch@gmail.com.
8. Children
Jack the Incremental Splitter is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone else.
9. Security
Your progress is stored in the game's own private storage on your device, which other apps cannot read. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information on a device will never be lost or accessed without permission.
10. Changes to this policy
When the game changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this policy, change the date at the top, and tell you in the game before the change takes effect where the law requires it.
